Elana completed her training in Soma Structural Integration in 2024, discovering the method through her work with horses. After experiencing the transformative effects it had on her own body, she was inspired to try it for herself. The results were profound, not only relieving various physical issues but also significantly enhancing her riding. This experience sparked her desire to share this healing approach with others.

While Elana enjoys working with people of all backgrounds, she has a special passion for supporting fellow equestrians. She emphasizes the importance of being balanced and in tune with one's own body to better connect with and support their horse.
